Refund Policy

All sales are final
Because our products are digital, delivered instantly, and available to fully test through the free 14-day trial before you buy, all sales are final. Once your purchase is complete and your license has been issued, we do not offer refunds as a matter of course — you've already had two weeks to try the exact product you're buying.
But we're fair — talk to us
We're a small team and we care about doing right by the people who support us. If something has gone wrong — a plugin won't install, a license won't activate, you were charged twice, or you're simply in a genuinely difficult situation — please email audubonaudioshop@gmail.com and we'll do our best to work it out with you. We'd always rather hear from you and make it right than have you feel stuck.
Please reach out before filing a chargeback with your bank. A quick email to us is almost always faster, and in most cases we can resolve the problem directly — whether that's a technical fix, a re-issued license, or working something out.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy takes away refund or cancellation rights that the law gives you and that can't be waived. Where such rights apply, they still apply. Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy as our Merchant of Record, so their refund and dispute policies also apply to your order.
